SRK Jayanthi and 6th Interstate camp venue appeal to RKM (draft)
Visit by Sri Prasanth Chakraborty on 13-2-2018 (Draft)
Sri Prasanth Chakraborthy of ABVYM interacted with the senior
members of VVYM on 13-02-2018(Mahasivaratri Day) evening at Swami Vivekananda
Mandapam. He came on a personal visit. He motivated and encouraged us to
proceed for 6th Interstate Camp and gave useful tips.

Our senior member Sri P.V.Yeswanth had
participated in the 50th anniversary celebrations of Sri Ramakrishna
Seva Samithi ,Nellore where a regional Bhakta Sammelana of Ramakrishna
Vivekananda Bhava Prachra Parishad also planned (January 27th and 28th
). Actually, our VVYM was started with the guidance of Nellore Vivekananda Yuva
Mahamandal which was very active in 1988.
16th Vivek Voluntary Blood Donation camp 28-01-2018
As a part of Swami Vivekananda's 156th birth anniversary,
Visakhapatnam Vivekananda Yuva Mahamandal (VVYM) organised its 16th
'Vivek Voluntary Blood Donation Camp' on 28th January, 2018, Sunday from 8 am to 1 pm at Swami Vivekananda Mandapam, Prasanthi Spiritual Park, Muralinagar, visakhapatnam.
35 units of blood was collected by AS Raja Voluntary blood bank
Sri D.Raghunadarao, Director, Homibhabha Cancer Hospital
and Research Institute, Aganampudi, Visakhapatnam has inaugurated the
Blood Donation Camp after garlanding Swami Vivekananda Statue in Swami
Vivekananda Mandapam. Swadesimantra was recited by the members.
Dr. Rahgunadharao gave the following message.

inspiration to young and dynamic youth of this world he spread the
greatness of India and greatness of Hinduism in other countries he said
in his words that vedas is not written script most of the people does
not know but it must be in the practice of the human beings without
scientific technology from space to molecule vedam was said in those
days great philosopher said that man is using only one tenth of his
brain remaining useless and waste people need self confidence self
esteem and also they should have nature of helping to others then life
is meaningful VVYM members are did a great work I am very much happy to
come here and to appreciate their social activity with my whole heart
MAN is By Nature animal but culture human beings so these men have run
with a great slogan given by Swamiji be and make a great theory
I thank you to all of them"

National Youth Day on 12-01-2018(Draft)
a) Swami
Vivekananda statue was garlanded on 12.01.2018 morning after decorating Swami
Vivekananda Mandapam.
b) VVYM
Members in good number participated in the Youth rally and Public Meeting
orgnised by RK Mission Ashrama,Visakhapatnam.
c)National
Youth Day Rally was organized in Gajuwaka by our study circle members from 10
am to 12 noon. Around 50 students attended.
d) National
Youth Day Rally was organised by VVYM in Muralinagar in the evening.The rally
was flagged off by Sri V.Sri Ramurthy garu of Prasanthi Spiritual Park.The
rally was started from Swami Vivekananda
Mandapam.The rally passed through Madhavadhara Via Ramalayam,Vaisaki Park and
Vivekananda Street Swami Guneshanandaji,RK Mission Ashrama,Visakhapatnam garlanded Swamiji Statue in Swami Vivekananda
Mandapam. Public Meeting was held in Prasanthi Spirtual Park. Swami
Guneshanandaji gave an inspiring lecture.Sri GVRatnam garu and Smt U.Subha
spoke. School Children performed the Cultural activities (Mono actions,Script,.Prizes
were distributed to the winners in' Written Quiz on Swami Vivekananda life and
message based on lesson in 9th class telugu text).The quiz
competition was mainly conducted by Chy K.Lakshminarayana. Prizes were
sponsored by Sri Lakshmi Perumal. The programme was supported by Smt U.Subha
garu and VVYM Members.The NYD event was managed by Sri D.N.Murthy(Teacher).
Prasad was distributed at the end.Around 300 students and Parents participated
in the programme.
e) Sri
T.Venakt and Sri P.V.Yeswanth represented VVYM in Tuni area National Youth Day Celebrations as guest
speakers. Sri V.Srinivasarao took initiation for this.
Interstate Monitoring Committee meeting during Annual Camp on 28-12-2017 (Draft)
VVYM Permanent Representative and ABVYM
Interstate Monitoring Committee Member Sri N.Lakshminarayana participated in
the Interstate monitoring committee
meeting at Annual Camp Venue on 28-12-2017.He proposed and invited all the
committee members for the 6th interstate camp of ABVYM and 30th
anniversary of VVYM in Visakhapatnam from September 7th to 9th,2018.He
was elected as Joint Secretary to the committee. Sri P.Muniswamy garu was taken
as committee member.
Annual Camp Participation by VVYM and Nellore Members (Draft)
Total 4 members from VVYM attended the 51st annual youth training
camp of ABVYM held at Ujan Haripada High School,Paschim Medinipur,West Be ngal from 25th Dec to 30th
Dec,2017. Sri N.Sunil Kumar and 3 boys of VSS -2016 batch and 2 young men from Nellore are also
attended. VVYM senior member Sri Doddi Appalaraju donated liberally for
sponsoring the needy students to the Annual Camp. Sri N.Lakshminarayana joined
the camp for one day.
VVYM 29th Formation Day and Half Day camp on 5-11-17 at PSP (Draft)
The 29th Formation Day of VVYM was observed as Half-Day
youth training camp on 05-11-2017, Sunday at Swami Vivekananda Mandapam,
Prasanthi Spiritual Park,Muralinagar.
Sri N.Lakshminarayana shared with the young members the origin and growth of VVYM
starting from AU Engg College study circle. Later members shared their
association with VVYM.
Special Study Circle and EC Meeting at Sri Somaraju house on 24-9-17 (Draft)
A special
study circle and EC Meeting was held on 24-09-2017 at our former President Sri
Somaraju’s newly built house at Boyapalem where a new study circle is being
planned. Here the dates for 6th Interstate camp were finalized
(i.e., September 7-9,2018) and it is proposed to submit a formal request letter
to RK Mission Ashrama,Visakhapatnam to spare the school premises for the
proposed interstate camp.Later Sri Ramakrishna Satsang was also conducted.
Sankirtan and Sri Ramakrishna Gospel was read.
4th One Day Youth Training Camp of VVYM at S.Kota on 27-8-2017 (Draft)
The 4th
one day youth training camp of VVYM was organised at Sri
Vivekananda Degree College ,Sringavarapu Kota (S.KOTA) which is at 55
kms from Visakhapatnam on 27-08-2017,Sunday from 9.00 A.M to 4.30 P.M.Nearly
100 Campers attended.
At 8.50 AM Swami Vivekananda Statue which
was at the College entrance was garlanded.
By
9.00 A.M our Mahamandal Flag Hoisting was done by Sri Ramakrishna
Garu(Correspondent of Vivekananda Degree College ) followed by Mahamandal
Anthem and Swadesi Mantra.
Welcome address was given by Sri
D.Venkatrao garu.
Sri P.Muniswamy garu talked on “Mental
Concentration Why & How “ and G.V.Ratnam Garu carried out guided Mental
Concentration.
Our VVYM Founder, Former President and
permanent Representative Sri
N.Lakshminarayana Garu talked on “Character- Building.Sri B.Krishna Mohan Garu
gave some practical examples.
Commander Sri V.Ramakrishna garu talked on
“Leadership and its qualities” and he explained it with examples.
Sri D.Venkatrao garu and Sri B.Appalaraju
explained our Mahamandal Aims and Activities.
Sri KBN Varma Garu made an inspiring power
point presentation on personality development and Sri N.Santhosh talked on Swami Vivekananda’s life incidents.
The Campers asked questions and they were
clarified by Sri P.Muni Swami,Sri
V.Ramakrishna and Sri B.Krishna Mohan.
The Campers shared their Camp experiences
and Mahamandal Literature was given to free of Cost.
A Book stall was arranged by Sri Anil.
Finally Mahamandal Flag down was done by Sri
Ramakrishna followed by Mahamandal Anthem and Swadesi Mantra.
Hospitality and Lunch was arranged by Sri
Ramakrishna of Vivekananda Degree College. It was really strange experience for
the VVYM members who attended the camp.

Prasanthi Spiritual Park,Muralinagar)
VVYM Participation in 5th Interstate Camp of ABVYM at Jamshedpur(Draft)
VVYM Members in good number (8nos) participated in the
5h Interstate youth training camp of ABVYM held at Ramakrishna
Mission English Medium School,Sidhgora, Jamshedpur from August 12th
to 14th,2017. The campers included Sri P.Muni Swamy,Sri
V.Srirammurthy,Sri GV Ratnam, Sri R.Demudu Naidu ,Sri A.Srinivas and 2 VSS
students.VVYM sponsored 2 students.VVYM contributed Rs 5000/- for Interstate
Camp
