VVYM AGM-2012 Notice



Sri B.Rudramurthy Garu Retired from Rly Service

Most respected Sri B.Rudra Murthy garu was retired from Rly Services on 31-03-2012.Retirement functions were organised at Eco Rly electric loco shed on 30-03-2012.SGSS and VVYM Members in good number attended the lunch hosted by Sri Murthy garu and farewell organised by the staff.Everybody lauded the sincerity and unselfishness of Sri BRM.
Sri Ganapathi Seva Samithi, organised the retirement function of Sri BRM at Goorkhaline on 01-04-2012,sunday between 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.(Sri Ramnavami day). The function was presided over by Sri N.Lakshminarayana,former president of VVYM. Shramik union leaders attended.Mementoes were given to the persons retired( 2 more who retired few months ago were also honoured).The felcitation(Sanmanapatram) prepared in the name of VVYM was read and handed over to Sri BRM. SGSS arranged dinner to the participants.

EC Meetings/ Former Office-bearers Partcipation

In the recent EC meetings organised by VVYM, former office-bearers who are staying far away were attended and gave encouragement to the present EC members.
On 12-02-2012,EC Meeting was held at Prasanthi Park,Muralinagar.This was attended by Sri P.Muniswamy garu(presently in Bangalore),former vice-president of VVYM
On 15-04-2012,EC Meeting was held at SGSS,Goorkhaline.This was attended by Sri B.Praveen kumar(presently in Saudi Arabia),former treasurer of VVYM.

Polytechnic College Premises VSC Restarted

Vivekananda Study Circle which was conducted earlier (2008) at Govt.Polytechnic college premises was restarted on the occasion of Sri Ramakrishna's 177 birth anniversary on 23-02-2012 at Prasanthi Park,muralinagar which is 1 kilometer distance from college.There is a plan to construct Swami Vivekananda Mandapam in Prasanthi Park by the residents of Muralinagar under the guidance of Sri V. Sree Rama Murthy Garu.
The study circle is being conducted since then on every sunday between 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Around 6 boys are attending.The response is expected to increase once the exams are over.
