VVYM EC MEETING MINUTES

VVYM EC & SITE Committee meet held on 13/04/2008 at Sri Vivekananda Type Institue, NAD from 9.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.

The following are the minutes

1. Annual General Meeting is on 29/06/2008. Venue will be at Kshatriya Kalyana Mandapam, Seethammadhara or at Patanjali Yoga Kendra, MVP Colony.

2. Representation for site allocation should be submitted to the following persons

a) Dist. Collector

b) Visakahpatnam Steel Plant - PRO

c) Visakhapatnam Port Trust

d) East Coast Railway - DRM

e) Simhachalam Devastanam - EO

f) MLA - Pendurthy through Mr. Behara Bhaskara Rao, Corporator

3. Bank Account opening in State Bank of India, NAD Branch. Account will be operated by

Mr. N. Laxmi Narayana, Vice-President

Mr. Ch. V.S.K.N. Soma Raju, Asst. Secretary

Mr. D. Appla Raju, Treasurer
